A gorgeous and perfect hotel, we had a really nice stay. The room was new-fashioned, neat, and had good amenities. The breakfast was delicious and good with Japanese and western food, excellent food.

had a great stay with my husband, we spent 2 nights here, everything was good. location: the hotel was short walk to hectic nagoya station, and city centre. had nice dainties at komeda coffee shop, located a short way from the property.

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for spending Christmas Eve in! The bed was just right and the bathroom was spotless. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was conveniently located near the train station - great for travelers who don't want to walk too far with heavy luggage. we were given free drink coupons upon our arrival which we were sad to miss out on, but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless.

That the room was quite small, and there wasn't enough space to neatly organize our suitcases. Another issue we encountered was with the fridge - we weren't sure if it was working or not, and there was no information provided on how to operate it.

As for my stay in this hotel, I must say that the location was one of the best aspects of it. It is very near to the train station. This made it very convenient for me to move around the city and explore its hot spots. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the cleanliness. The staff was very attentive. They served me a decent breakfast every day. All in all, it was a great value for money.
